A therapeutic treatment which can relieve pain associated with chronic patterns of tension & arthritic conditions. A series of appointments is recommended for best results.

Experience a total mind, body & spirit session. Relax with a therapeutic massage working on the releasing tension from your physical body and releasing stress. This is followed by a customized gemstone therapy chakra session, working to reenergize you on an energetic level. Bliss!

Specializing in Egyptian Reflexology. A gentle yet effective healing modality which uses reflex points on the hands and feet to stimulate healing in all parts of your body.

Energy Work

Reiki induces states of relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki sessions balance the mind, body and spirit. A Reiki session can be beneficial when massage may be contra-indicated. Unless combined with massage, the recipient is fully clothed during the session.

Reiki & Gemstones

Chakra balance – This session helps to balance your chakras with the assistance of crystals and minerals. A truly personalized experience as you choose the stones for your session from a set of over 90 stones. Experience relaxation and rejuvenation while energizing your mind, body and spirit. Realigns your energy field to create a feeling of increased well-being.

Comprehensive Chakra Balance- All the benefits of the above session, plus phone consultation before actual appointment to discuss the focus on specific healing or manifestation work such as stress relief, letting go, headaches, changing careers, emotional turmoil, etc. A full chakra balance is also included. Time also includes a summary of stones chosen for the chakra balance and feedback from the session. Crystal gift is included. This session is excellent for working on specific goals.

Massage & Reiki - Massage and reiki are a wonderful relaxing combination and very healing for mind and spirit. In this type of session you will receive a Swedish massage as well guided Reiki that allows for energy to flow to areas that cannot be massaged, such as inflamed tissues or broken bones.
