We've seen a lot of different colors of rutilated quartz. By far the normal colors are silver and gold. Occasionally you'll find red and on a rare occasion green. However, there is no mistaking the fact that these rutiles are orange. Vibrant orange rutiles are quite unusual and they have a beautiful metallic shimmer. We acquired just a small batch of these vibrant quartz crystals. They are a rare find having turned up as a farmer was tilling his field after harvesting his crops for the year. This was an unusual find as the crystals just turned up in the earth and are not from a mined location. These are once in a lifetime crystals as only a small batch was found, and there is no way to know if more will ever be discovered.

Their energy is almost juicy like an orange, it awakens one's senses. They have a vitality that radiates from the sacral chakra, enlivening the entire system. They stimulate creativity, passion, and joy of life. It infuses one with energy. There is a deep warmth that starts in the sacral chakra. The interior of this crystal is truly mesmerizing as you turn it in your hand. The light dances off the rutiles and small planes that fire with rainbows. The interior seems to just glow in the light. The surface has a bright luster with large etchings that are not quite record keepers. The formation is almost an elestial and its energy resonates closely. From one side it appears that the formation is two crystals one piggybacking the other, however from the sides, this is all one crystal formation. There are a few minor empathy dings at the termination. The base and the back are rough in formation where they were once attached to other crystals or a matrix. Orange-red matrix still clings to the exterior as this crystal has not had an acid bath adding a touch of Earth energies to that of the crystal. Its energy is amazing, pulling you up towards your higher chakras. I can feel the vibrations and the third eye and crown charkas much stronger than the other crystals from this find.
