Although we were told these crystals were “strawberry quartz” they don’t fit the description or the energy. The beauty of true strawberry quartz shows when polished and the specimens we have found are usually in small pieces such as tumbled stones and jewelry. True strawberry quartz has a fairly uniform soft red color, due to the inclusion of tiny red hair-like inclusions of hematite. Additionally true strawberry quartz is from Kazakhstan which is in Eurasia and is a former republic of the Soviet Union.
