Eye Catching Pink & Purple Tiffany Stone Sculpture (M9773) $48.00Tiffany stone, also known as Opalized Fluorite, Opal Fluorite, Bertrandite, Ice Cream Opalite, and Purple Opal is actually comprised of quartz, chalcedony, agate, opal, fluorite and opalized fluorite. The fluorite ranges in color from light blue to a red-violet, combined with varying amounts of fluorite in a piece creates stunning patterns and colors. On occasion you’ll find small pockets that contain quartz or fluorite crystals or even some hyalite opal. Tiffany stone fluoresces a bright green under short wave ultraviolet light too. This beautiful mineral combination is currently found only the Thomas Range Mountains of Utah. This stone is quite rare as most of the raw material is mined for the small amount of beryllium it contains. The patterns of this sculpture are beautiful with swirls of purple and lavender with speckles of pink against a creamy white backdrop. The energy is not as intense as some of the other pieces of Tiffany stone and has a gentler effect. It works to strengthen bones and ligaments. It might take longer, but will be easier on those with chronic pain issues due to inflammations.
The carving measures 1.25" x 1" x 1" and weighs 1.4 oz. Tiffany stone has a high vibrational energy that provides mental clarity.
